BIHO（美歩）（以下「本アプリ」）は、姿勢と歩行の分析を通じて、美しく若々しい動きをサポートするiOSアプリケーションです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリを使用することにより、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
本アプリでは以下の技術をデバイス上で使用しています：
カメラフレームはデバイスのメモリ内でリアルタイム処理され、処理後は破棄されます。映像データの保存・送信は行いません。
なお、MediaPipe Pose Landmarker は仕様上、骨格検出の一部として頭部・顔領域に位置するランドマーク（鼻・目・耳・口角）も出力しますが、本アプリではこれらを姿勢角度（頭部前方傾斜・首のアライメント）計算のための解剖学的な位置参照としてのみ使用します。本アプリは顔の識別・認識・表情分析・face mesh 等の用途には一切使用せず、ランドマーク座標の保存・送信も行いません。
姿勢・歩行の分析結果（スコア、角度、メトリクス等）は、お使いのデバイスにのみローカル保存されます。クラウドサービスへの送信・保存は行いません。
無料版では広告を表示するためにGoogle AdMobを使用しています。App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の許可をいただいた場合に限り、広告識別子（IDFA）がGoogleに送信され、パーソナライズド広告の配信に使用されます。
ATTを許可しない場合でも、パーソナライズされない広告が表示されます。Biho Proをご利用の場合、広告は表示されず、広告関連のデータ収集は行われません。
AIによるフィードバック機能では、Apple Foundation Models（オンデバイス）を優先的に使用します。デバイスが対応していない場合のフォールバックとして、分析メトリクス（数値データのみ）がバックエンドサーバーを経由してGoogle Gemini APIに送信されることがあります。この際、映像データは一切送信されません。
アプリ内課金（サブスクリプション）はApple StoreKit 2を通じて処理されます。決済情報はAppleが管理し、本アプリが直接取得することはありません。
アプリ内の「お問い合わせ / フィードバック送信」および「動きアドバイザー（整体師）相談」 機能では、 外部の Google Forms を使用しています。 フォーム送信時に入力された情報（お名前 / ニックネーム、 返信用メールアドレス、 お問い合わせ内容、 および任意項目として対象の解析日時、 添付ファイル、 端末情報）は Google LLC のサーバーに送信され、 同社のプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。
送信された情報は、 サポート対応および動きアドバイザーによる個別フィードバック対応の目的でのみ使用され、 第三者へ提供することはありません（動きアドバイザー相談の場合のみ、 連絡漏れ防止のためオーナーアドレスに控えとして CC 送信されます）。 フォームを送信しない限り、 これらの情報がアプリから自動送信されることはありません。
本アプリでは以下のサードパーティサービスを使用しています：
本アプリは、広告目的でのトラッキングについてiOSのATTフレームワークに基づき許可を求めます。トラッキングを許可しない場合でもアプリの全機能をご利用いただけます。
設定の変更は「設定」アプリ > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング から行えます。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としておりません。13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

BIHO (Beautiful Walk) ("the App") is an iOS application that supports beautiful and youthful movement through posture and gait analysis. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the App.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
The App uses the following technologies on-device:
Camera frames are processed in real-time in device memory and discarded after processing. No video data is stored or transmitted.
MediaPipe Pose Landmarker also outputs landmarks located on the head/face region (nose, eyes, ears, mouth corners) as part of its standard skeleton schema. BIHO uses these landmarks solely as anatomical position references for posture-angle calculation (forward head tilt, neck alignment). BIHO does NOT perform face identification, face recognition, expression analysis, or face-mesh processing, and never stores or transmits any landmark coordinates.
Posture and gait analysis results (scores, angles, metrics, etc.) are stored locally on your device only. No analysis data is transmitted to or stored in any cloud service.
The free version uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Only when you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission, your advertising identifier (IDFA) is sent to Google for personalized ad delivery.
If you do not grant ATT permission, non-personalized ads will still be shown. Biho Pro subscribers see no ads, and no advertising-related data is collected.
The AI feedback feature primarily uses Apple Foundation Models (on-device). As a fallback when the device does not support on-device AI, analysis metrics (numerical data only) may be sent to Google Gemini API via our backend server. No video data is ever transmitted in this process.
In-app purchases (subscriptions) are processed through Apple StoreKit 2. Payment information is managed by Apple and is not directly accessed by the App.
The in-app "Contact / Send Feedback" and "Movement Specialist Consultation" features use an external Google Forms service. Information you submit through these forms (your name / nickname, reply email address, message content, and optionally the target analysis date/time, attachments, and device information) is sent to Google LLC's servers and processed under Google's Privacy Policy.
This information is used only for support response and individual feedback by the Movement Specialist, and is not provided to any other third party (in the case of Movement Specialist consultations, a copy is CC'd to the App owner address as a fail-safe to prevent missed communications). No information from these forms is transmitted from the App unless you explicitly submit the form.

The App requests tracking permission through iOS's ATT framework for advertising purposes. All App features are available regardless of your tracking choice.
You can change this setting at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
This policy may be updated as needed. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. The latest version is always available on this page.
