- How accurate is the analysis?
- The App uses MediaPipe's high-precision skeleton detection technology. For best results, ensure good lighting and position the camera to capture your full body.
- About the free version analysis limit
- The free version allows 1 analysis per month. The count resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). First-time subscribers can try Biho Pro free for 7 days; you can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
- How do I cancel Biho Pro?
- Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > BIHO to cancel. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
- Will my subscription stop if I delete the app during the free trial?
- No. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, not to the app installation. To avoid being charged, please cancel from Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Can I use the free trial again if I uninstall and reinstall the app?
- No. The free trial is available once per Apple ID per subscription group. Reinstalling the app does not restore trial eligibility for an Apple ID that has previously used the trial.
- Can I sync analysis data with iCloud?
- Yes. When iCloud is enabled, your analysis history syncs automatically. You can manage sync settings in iPhone Settings > BIHO.
- How do I remove ads?
- Upgrading to Biho Pro removes all advertisements. You can subscribe from Settings > Biho Pro within the App.
- What devices are supported?
- The App supports iPhone 11 and later (A13 Bionic chip or later) running iOS 26 or later.
- Is my data sent to any server?
- Camera footage and analysis data are never sent to any server. All analysis is performed entirely on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
