本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、BIHO（美歩）（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは、カメラを使用した姿勢・歩行分析により、美しく若々しい動きをサポートするiOSアプリケーションです。
健康上の懸念がある場合は、医療専門家にご相談ください。本アプリの分析結果に基づく行動については、ご自身の判断と責任においてお願いいたします。
本アプリが提供するスコアやフィードバックは、美容・フィットネスの観点からの参考情報です。
アプリ内課金はApple App Store経由で処理されます。決済に関するお問い合わせはAppleのサポートまでお願いいたします。
月額・年額プランは、現在の期間が終了する24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。
サブスクリプションの解約は、iPhoneの「設定」>「Apple ID」>「サブスクリプション」から行えます。
月額・年額プランには、初めてご加入の方を対象に7日間の無料トライアル期間を設けています。トライアル期間終了後は、月額 ¥1,000（月額プラン）または年額 ¥10,000（年額プラン）で自動的に課金が開始されます。
アプリを削除しても解約はされません。サブスクリプションはApple IDに紐付くため、トライアル期間中にアプリを削除した場合でも、トライアル終了後に自動的に課金が行われます。課金を回避するには、トライアル終了の24時間前までに「設定」>「Apple ID」>「サブスクリプション」から解約してください。
無料トライアルはApple IDごとに1回のみのご提供です。同一のサブスクリプショングループ内において、1つのApple IDにつき無料トライアルを利用できるのは1回限りです。アプリを削除して再インストールしても、過去にトライアルを利用したことがあるApple IDではトライアル資格は復活しません。
返金については、Appleの返金ポリシーに準拠します。返金のリクエストはAppleに直接お問い合わせください。
本アプリのデザイン、コンテンツ、ソフトウェア、商標（「BIHO」「美歩」を含む）に関するすべての知的財産権は、運営者に帰属します。
本アプリは個人利用目的でのみご利用いただけます。
以下の行為を禁止します：
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。運営者は、以下について一切の保証を行いません：
法令で許容される最大限の範囲において、本アプリの使用または使用不能に起因する間接的、偶発的、特別または結果的な損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に基づいて解釈されるものとします。本規約に関連する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせします。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BIHO (Beautiful Walk) ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is an iOS application that supports beautiful and youthful movement through camera-based posture and gait analysis.
If you have health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional. Any actions taken based on the App's analysis results are at your own judgment and responsibility.
Scores and feedback provided by the App are reference information from a beauty and fitness perspective.
In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. For payment inquiries, please contact Apple Support.
Monthly and annual plans automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription from iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Monthly and annual plans offer a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. After the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically renew at ¥1,000/month (monthly plan) or ¥10,000/year (annual plan) until cancelled.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Because subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID, you will still be charged after the trial ends even if you have deleted the app during the trial period. To avoid being charged, please cancel from Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
The free trial is offered once per Apple ID. Within the same subscription group, each Apple ID is eligible to use the introductory free trial only once. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not restore trial eligibility for an Apple ID that has previously used the trial.
Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. Please contact Apple directly for refund requests.
All intellectual property rights in the App's design, content, software, and trademarks (including "BIHO" and "Beautiful Walk") belong to the operator.
The App is licensed for personal use only.

The App is provided "as is." The operator makes no warranties regarding:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
These Terms may be updated as needed. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
