はじめに

本プライバシーポリシーは、おやすみシャッフル（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。本アプリは、認知シャッフル法に基づく睡眠支援ツールであり、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、最小限のデータのみを取り扱います。

本アプリの開発・運営者（以下「当社」）は、個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法/APPI）およびその他の適用される法令を遵守します。

収集する情報

本アプリが直接収集する個人情報

本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、位置情報、連絡先、写真、マイクへのアクセスなど、ユーザーを直接識別する個人情報を収集しません。

デバイス上に保存されるデータ（UserDefaults）

本アプリは、以下の設定情報をお使いのデバイス上（UserDefaults）にローカル保存します。これらのデータは外部サーバーに送信されません。

サードパーティサービスによるデータ処理

RevenueCat（サブスクリプション管理）

本アプリは、サブスクリプション（定期購読）の管理にRevenueCat, Inc.のSDKを使用しています。RevenueCatは以下の情報を処理します。

匿名のアプリユーザーID
購入履歴およびサブスクリプション状態
デバイスの種類・OSバージョン（技術的な互換性確認のため）

RevenueCatはユーザーの氏名、メールアドレス、その他の直接的な個人識別情報にはアクセスしません。RevenueCatのプライバシーポリシーについては、https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/ をご参照ください。

Apple（決済処理）

アプリ内課金の決済処理はApple Inc.が行います。クレジットカード情報や決済情報は当社に共有されません。Appleのプライバシーポリシーについては、https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ をご参照ください。

Azure Blob Storage（BGMコンテンツ配信）

本アプリは、BGM音楽ファイルの配信にMicrosoft Azure Blob Storageを使用しています。BGMのストリーミングまたはダウンロード時に、以下の技術的な情報がサーバーログに記録される場合があります。

これらのログはコンテンツ配信の技術的な運用目的でのみ使用され、個人の特定やトラッキングには使用されません。

データの利用目的

収集・処理されるデータは、以下の目的にのみ使用されます。

サブスクリプション状態の管理と購入処理
BGMコンテンツの配信

データの第三者提供

当社は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーのデータを第三者に提供しません。

上記に記載されたサードパーティサービス提供者による技術的な処理
法令に基づく開示要求がある場合
ユーザーの同意がある場合

データの保管とセキュリティ

デバイス上のデータ（UserDefaults）: iOSのデータ保護機能により暗号化されます
通信: すべての外部通信はHTTPS（TLS 1.2以上）で暗号化されます
BGMキャッシュ: デバイスのキャッシュディレクトリに保存され、OS により自動的に管理されます

トラッキングについて

本アプリは、IDFA（広告識別子）を使用しません。App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の対象となるトラッキングは行いません。サードパーティ広告やクロスアプリトラッキングは一切行いません。

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。万が一、13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を収集していることが判明した場合は、速やかに削除いたします。

ユーザーの権利

データの確認・削除

ユーザーは以下の方法でデータを管理できます。

デバイス上のデータ: 本アプリを削除することで、UserDefaultsに保存されたすべての設定データが削除されます
BGMキャッシュ: iOSの「設定」>「一般」>「iPhoneストレージ」から本アプリのキャッシュを削除できます
サブスクリプション情報: RevenueCatに保存されたデータの削除を希望される場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください
購入履歴: Apple IDに紐づく購入履歴については、Appleに直接お問い合わせください

データ削除リクエスト

RevenueCatに保存されたサブスクリプション関連データの削除をご希望の場合は、以下の情報を添えてお問い合わせください。

当社は、リクエスト受領後30日以内に対応いたします。

国際ユーザー向け情報（GDPR）

EU/EEA地域からご利用のユーザーは、EU一般データ保護規則（GDPR）に基づき、以下の権利を有します。

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Oyasumi Shuffle (“the App”) handles information. The App is a sleep support tool based on the cognitive shuffle technique and is designed with respect for user privacy, collecting and processing only minimal data.

The developer and operator of the App (“we”, “us”, or “our”) complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) of Japan and other applicable data protection laws.

Information We Collect

Personal Information Directly Collected by the App

The App does not collect personal information that directly identifies users, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, contacts, photos, or microphone access.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device (UserDefaults)

The App stores the following session settings locally on your device using UserDefaults. This data is not transmitted to any external servers.

RevenueCat (Subscription Management)

The App uses the RevenueCat SDK by RevenueCat, Inc. to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat processes the following information:

Anonymous app user ID
Purchase history and subscription status
Device type and OS version (for technical compatibility)

RevenueCat does not access your name, email address, or other directly identifying personal information. For more details, see RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/.

Apple (Payment Processing)

In-app purchase payment processing is handled by Apple Inc. Credit card and payment information is not shared with us. For more details, see Apple’s Privacy Policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

Azure Blob Storage (BGM Content Delivery)

The App uses Microsoft Azure Blob Storage to deliver BGM music files. When streaming or downloading BGM, the following technical information may be recorded in server logs:

IP address
Request date and time
Downloaded file name

These logs are used solely for technical content delivery operations and are not used for personal identification or tracking.

How We Use Data

Data that is collected or processed is used only for the following purposes:

Persisting and restoring session settings (device local)
Managing subscription status and processing purchases
Delivering BGM content

We do not share user data with third parties except in the following cases:

Technical processing by the third-party service providers described above
When required by applicable law or legal process
With user consent

Data Storage and Security

On-device data (UserDefaults): Protected by iOS Data Protection encryption
Communications: All external communications are encrypted using HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher)
BGM cache: Stored in the device’s cache directory and automatically managed by the OS

Tracking

The App does not use the IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers). The App does not engage in any tracking subject to App Tracking Transparency (ATT). No third-party advertising or cross-app tracking is performed.

Children’s Privacy

The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

Your Rights

Viewing and Deleting Data

You can manage your data in the following ways:

On-device data: Deleting the App removes all settings data stored in UserDefaults
BGM cache: You can clear the App’s cache from iOS Settings > General > iPhone Storage
Subscription information: If you wish to delete data stored by RevenueCat, please contact us using the information below
Purchase history: For purchase history linked to your Apple ID, please contact Apple directly
